We have a selection of retreats throughout the year for you to immerse yourself into a deeper state of relaxation to take your health and energy to the next level.
You can come along to some of the mindfulness day retreats in the wonderful surroundings of Walk the Talk Studios in Edinburgh city centre or Dalkeith country park. Or you can do a weekend or week long retreat at various locations throughout Scotland, England and abroad.

We invite you to join us for this invigorating day of mindfulness practice at the Restoration Yard’s Wellbeing Lab in the stunning surroundings of Dalkeith Country Park. This is a day to invest in yourself by unwinding and re-charging. We will use a soothing blend of mindfulness, movement and sound techniques to help rebalance mind & body and boost your energy. Depending on the weather we would also hope to do some practice outside in nature in the beautiful grounds of the Restoration Yard.
The day will include:
•Guided mindfulness practice in nature
•Recharge the body through mindful body scan & Qi Gong techniques
•A range of relaxing and energising breath exercises
•Sound meditation with instruments
•Various other core mindfulness meditation practices
This is open to anyone interested in mindfulness—from complete beginners to experienced meditators and advanced practitioners and teachers. Complete beginners please get in touch via email and we can discuss the format of the day and what to expect. Your facilitators for the day will be Craig Ali and Gary Young, Founder of The Mindful Enterprise CIC.
This event presents a wonderful opportunity to learn and directly experience mindfulness practices, consolidate your already established practice and deepen wisdom and understanding from which we can all learn, grow and be nourished.
There is car parking and a cafe at the venue where lunch can be bought, or please feel free to bring a packed lunch if preferred. We would recommend bringing a water bottle with you. The venue has mats, cushions and blankets to maximise comfort.
